2011 Resolve

It's great to see all the resolutions that people put down and hope to see through because they might give others ideas of things they might do in their own life and who knows even be a success at them.  I am sure those people who started selling exercising machines were inspired by those of us who yearly wish to lose weight or get fit or fitter.  So don't shy away from reading other people's resolutions.  Just remember to do so with an open mind and remember that its 'crazy' people who usually come up with the most innovative and life changing ideas.  We too can do it, we might just need a catalyst!
